We provide refunds (via store credit or original payment method) and complementary replacements exclusively for products that arrive with verified manufacturing defects or severe international logistical transit damage.
• Timeline Restriction: Any refund or exchange request must be submitted via email to our support concierge within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery marked by the local postal carrier. Requests submitted after this 7-day window are legally finalized as successfully completed transactions.
• Packaging Standard: To qualify for a refund evaluation, items must remain in their original, immaculate condition—including the premium edition outer branding box, inner custom moldings, protective plastics, charging accessories, and all accompanying promotional items. Incomplete returns cannot be processed.

2. Non-Refundable & Excluded Items
To uphold strict hygiene, electronic compliance, and quality control, the following scenarios are strictly excluded from any refunds or store credits:
• Any item unsealed or reported more than 7 days post-delivery.
• Products returned due to subjective preferences, a change of mind, or because the device "does not align with your vanity aesthetics."
• Any functional defects caused by improper buyer operations, using incompatible high-voltage chargers, dropping the unit, or accidental water immersion beyond specified IPX7 limits.
• All limited-edition flash sales, custom pre-orders, clearing event curations, and complimentary promotional gifts or samples.

3. Logistical Transit Damage & Defective Protocols (Upon Arrival)
In the rare event that an electronic device or structural organizer suffers structural impairment during global transit, our fulfillment network fully backs your claim.
• Procedure: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of package receipt. 
• Mandatory Evidence: To instantly activate our supply chain courier insurance, you must provide your order number alongside:
  1. High-resolution photographs of the exterior shipping carton showing the courier label clearly.
  2. Clear photographs of the internal packaging cushions (anti-collision foam/bubble wrap).
  3. A clear unboxing video or photographs highlighting the verified physical damage or operational defect.
Once verified by our specialists, a full refund or a priority replacement will be processed at zero additional cost to you.

4. Incorrectly Shipped Items
Our global fulfillment network runs on an advanced sub-1% error workflow. However, if you receive an incorrect product variant, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Keep the item completely unsealed and pristine in its box. We will immediately arrange a priority dispatch of your correct curation.

5. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations & Gateway Fees
• Processing Rhythm: To achieve maximum shipping efficiency, all orders are immediately transmitted to our automated global fulfillment streams once transaction security clears.
• Change of Mind Window: Order cancellations or modifications due to personal negligence (e.g., inputting an incorrect variant, forgetting a promotional discount code, or sudden change of mind) are only evaluated within 2 hours of checkout completion.
• The 4% Processing Fee: Any approved buyer-initiated cancellation is subject to a fixed 4% Restocking & Payment Processing Fee. This non-refundable tariff will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount to offset the encrypted transaction processing fees charged by international credit card gateways (Visa/MasterCard/Stripe).

6. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Deliveries
QC Logic Select holds no liabilities for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect English shipping addresses provided by the buyer. If a premium package is returned to our global fulfillment network due to the recipient’s failure to collect it from local postal sorting facilities within the designated carrier timeline, the customer must bear all subsequent re-routing and re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused packages.
