• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and handed over to our premium international tracking carriers within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is successfully encrypted and confirmed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (Malaysia Market)
We utilize dedicated secure, premium tracking-insured channels to guarantee the absolute safety of your electronic devices and lifestyle curations.
• Orders Over $50 USD: Complimentary Premium Shipping (FREE).
• Orders Under $50 USD: Standard Secure Shipping fee of $4.99 USD applied automatically at checkout.
• Estimated Delivery Window: Approximately 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch to your designated address. 
• Final Mile Delivery: Upon arrival in Malaysia, your package will be seamlessly handed over and delivered by top-tier local postal carriers (including PosLaju, J&T Express, or local registered couriers) to ensure reliable arrival.

3. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is our standard. As soon as your selection leaves our fulfillment hub, an automated dispatch notification containing your official tracking number and tracking link will be updated to your Shopify account and sent directly to your registered email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.

4. Unclaimed Packages & Address Accuracy
• Recipient Responsibility: Buyers are strictly responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address in English at checkout. QC Logic Select is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from typographical errors, missing unit numbers, or incorrect contact details.
• Unclaimed Deliveries: If a premium package is returned to our fulfillment stream due to the recipient's failure to collect it from local sorting centers or postal facilities within the designated carrier window, the buyer shall bear all subsequent re-routing and re-shipping fees.

5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international or regional border logistics, shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees determined by the destination government. 
• Any such additional regulatory fees generated upon arrival at your country's customs border must be borne entirely by the buyer. QC Logic Select does not collect, predict, or assume liability for these localized international charges.

6. Final Discretion
In the event of unforeseen logistics disruptions, customs safety holds, or regional delivery disputes, QC Logic Select reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding shipping arrangements and resolution protocols.
