QC Logic Select - Store Policies (Shipping, Returns & Compliance)

1. Shipping & Global Fulfillment
All curations at QC Logic Select are dispatched through our certified premium global fulfillment network. 
• Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery Timeline: Approximately 8–14 business days to Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery windows may vary slightly depending on destination logistics and customs clearance.
• Shipping Courier: Dispatched via dedicated tracking-insured channels. Once shipped, a tracking number will be seamlessly updated to your account.

2. Payment Methods & Security
We prioritize absolute security for your global transactions. We accept all major international credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and premium secure local payment gateways. We do not accept local offline bank transfers or cash on delivery. All payments are encrypted and processed through industry-standard secure financial protocols.

3. Sourcing & Bulk Corporate Inquiries
For bulk corporate procurement, hospitality aesthetics styling, or customized sourcing inquiries, please contact our dedicated brand concierge team via our official corporate email. Wholesale pricing structures and tailored logistical arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items (Our Premium Guarantee)
We stand firmly behind the clinical quality of our selections. Every device undergoes strict pre-shipment inspections. 
• Damage or Error upon Arrival: In the rare event that an item arrives functionally damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact our support concierge within 48 hours of delivery. 
• Requirement: Please provide your order number alongside a clear unboxing photograph or video displaying the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a complimentary premium replacement or full store credit/refund.
• Important Note: QC Logic Select is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or failure to collect the package from local postal carriers within the designated timeline. If a package is returned to our network due to recipient negligence, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
To maintain a high-efficiency shipping rhythm, order processing begins immediately after a purchase is completed. 
• Standard Orders: Cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once the order enters the global fulfillment stream, it cannot be canceled.
• Specialized/Pre-Ordered Items: Confirmed specialized or custom pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once the production/sourcing contract is activated.

6. Force Majeure & Logistical Extensions
QC Logic Select acts with absolute diligence, but shall not be held liable for delayed performance or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation: acts of God, extreme storms, floods, earthquakes, regional lockouts, national labor actions, civil unrest, war, global pandemics, public utility interruptions, or severe global customs delays. In such events, our team will promptly notify buyers, and delivery timelines will be automatically extended in alignment with local carrier safety protocols.

7. Right of Refusal
QC Logic Select reserves the final interpretation rights of these terms of service and maintains the authority to refuse orders, additions, or service extensions that violate our premium compliance standards or platform security regulations.
