Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

To ensure a seamless shopping experience for our Malaysia and global clientele, our structural returns and exchanges framework is defined below.

1. The 7-Day Premium Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 7-day complimentary replacement or store credit solution strictly for items that exhibit verified manufacturing defects or logistical transit damage.
• Eligibility Window: You must contact our customer concierge via email within 7 days of the local carrier's marked delivery date. Any requests submitted beyond this window will be automatically finalized as complete.
• Condition Standard: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, including the premium edition outer boxing, geometric structural packaging, protective sleeves, and all included accessories or promotional gifts. Incomplete returns cannot be processed.
• Exchange Limit: Each order is entitled to a one-time exchange for an item of equivalent or greater value (with the buyer settling the difference). If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
To maintain high-efficiency hygiene and electronic compliance standards, the following items are strictly excluded from returns or refunds:
• Any item reported more than 7 days after verified delivery.
• Products that have been unsealed, powered on, or used (unless a factory functional defect is verified).
• Aesthetic preferences, subjective dissatisfaction, or instances where a product "does not match your style/vanity layout."
• Promotional clearance items, limited flash sales, specialized pre-orders, and complimentary trial samples or gifts.
• Products showing damage caused by improper buyer operation, over-voltage charging, or accidental drops.

3. Damaged or Functionally Defective Items (Upon Arrival)
In the rare event that your selection suffers structural or electronic impairment during international transit, our global network will fully back your replacement.
• Reporting Timeline: Please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Documentation Required: To seamlessly activate our supply chain insurance, please provide your order number alongside:
  1. High-resolution photographs of the external shipping box showing the carrier label.
  2. Photographs of the internal anti-collision foam protection.
  3. A clear unboxing video or photographs highlighting the specific defect or structural damage.
Upon prompt verification, a complimentary premium replacement will be dispatched to you at zero additional cost.

4. Incorrect or Missing Shipments
Our fulfillment specialists maintain a sub-1% error workflow. However, if you receive an incorrect product variant, please notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery. Keep the item completely unsealed and in its original premium box. We will instantly arrange a priority re-shipment of your correct curation.

5. Order Cancellations & Modification Fees
• Automated Processing: To maintain an optimized global shipping rhythm, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline immediately upon checkout security clearing. 
• Change of Mind Cancellations: Cancellations or modifications due to personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong color variant, failing to apply a promo code, or changing your mind) are only evaluated within 2 hours of purchase. 
• Processing Fee: Approved cancellations due to buyer-initiated mind changes are subject to a fixed 4% Restocking & Payment Processing Fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund to cover encrypted payment gateway tariffs.

6. Completion of Transaction
If no formal defect claims, exchange queries, or structural damage logs are submitted within 7 business days following verified package receipt, the transaction shall be legally deemed as 100% complete and flawless. QC Logic Select shall hold no subsequent liabilities or retroactive exchange obligations past this timeline.

7. Final Discretionary Right
QC Logic Select reserves all final interpretation and decision-making rights regarding returned item evaluations, structural defect verifications, and refund/exchange authorization protocols.
